Product Details & Quality
All Peptify Biolab compounds are synthesised to a minimum purity of ≥ 98% as verified by independent third-party HPLC and mass spectrometry analysis. Many batches achieve 99%+. Each batch ships with a downloadable Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirming purity, molecular weight, and lot number.
Our peptides are synthesised in ISO-certified laboratories using solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) with pharmaceutical-grade reagents. Every batch undergoes independent third-party testing before it reaches our warehouse. We maintain full traceability from raw amino acid sourcing through synthesis, purification, lyophilisation, and dispatch — all documented in our batch records.
Every product page includes a downloadable PDF Certificate of Analysis linked to its specific lot number. After purchase, your COA is also emailed and accessible from your account dashboard under Order History → View COA. To verify authenticity, each COA includes the issuing laboratory’s name, analyst signature, test date, and HPLC chromatogram. You can cross-reference the lot number directly with our lab partner.
All peptides are supplied in lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder form for maximum stability during transit. For long-term storage, freeze at −20°C for up to 24 months and protect from light and moisture. For short-term use (up to 4 weeks), refrigerate at 2–8°C in the original vial with desiccant. Room temperature storage is not recommended for extended periods.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to all European Union member states as our primary market, plus the UK, Switzerland, and Norway. Select non-EU destinations may be available — contact us to confirm. Some compounds are subject to import restrictions in certain jurisdictions. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that receipt of research peptides is lawful in their country.
Orders are confirmed and dispatched within 1 business day of cleared payment. EU delivery takes 2–4 business days via tracked courier to most destinations. UK and non-EU orders take 5–7 business days and are subject to customs clearance delays.
All orders are dispatched in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no indication of product contents. Inner packaging includes individual vials in sealed mylar bags with desiccant packs. Lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperature for transit. Cold-chain shipping with insulated packaging and ice packs is available on request for reconstituted preparations.
A tracking number is emailed automatically once your order is dispatched. You can also view real-time status from your account dashboard under Order History. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, contact our support team and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Payments & Billing
We accept Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT and other stablecoins, and SEPA bank transfer. All card payments are processed via encrypted SSL. We never store card details on our servers.
At checkout, select Cryptocurrency as your payment method. A wallet address and exact amount will be generated for your order. Payment windows are 30 minutes — after which a new rate is calculated. Orders paid with crypto receive a 5% discount applied automatically. Once your transaction reaches 1 confirmation on-chain, your order is processed and dispatched.
Yes. Our checkout is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, displayed as a padlock in your browser. Card payments are tokenised and processed directly by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor — we never see or store your card number.
Refunds are issued for damaged, incorrect, or undelivered orders upon verification. For order cancellations before dispatch, a full refund is processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. Crypto refunds are issued at the exchange rate at the time of refund. Research peptides occupy a regulated grey area that varies by jurisdiction. In most EU member states, purchasing peptides for legitimate laboratory and scientific research purposes is permitted. All compounds sold by Peptify Biolab are strictly for research use only and are not approved for human consumption. Buyers are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
